I have bought and sold multiple homes over the years. But the home I bought with help from Sans was the easiest transaction. It was my first purchase in California. Sans was amazing. She helped me through the whole process, providing answers before I even knew I had a question. Honestly my favorite moments were when she came over the night after it closed because the tenants had not left the mail box key. She brought her tool kit over and worked to pop the lock on my mail box while I held the flash light. What realtor does that for you after the sale? A few months later she called to check on me and I mentioned I found what looked like an old wasp nest and that I was going to call a bug guy. She said let me look first. She came over got on a ladder, in heels and a skirt and knocked the “thing” down with a broom handle. Sure enough, it was old and disintegrated. She saved me a lot of money. She is a smart realtor and a good person who wants the best experience for you the buyer or seller. I did not know Sans before she helped me buy my house but now I consider her a friend. Best decision I made using Sans.

If anyone is looking to sell or buy property i have one of the best dedicated Real Estate ladies around. Her name is SANS HARTZELL from Premiere Properties. Sans helped us sell our home in San Marcos, Ca. and she went ABOVE and BEYOND. Not only was she there holding open houses but even gave her time helping me arrange the house to sell. The first time the home sold, it fell through because buyers couldn't agree to terms, but Sans wasted no time and had the house back on market the same day and she came back from vacationing in Hawaii to do so. The wonderful thing about it was that both times it sold FAST, within a week-end. She also got us more than our asking Price. But we're not done yet. when it came time to move to the new home that she helped us find she pitched right in and helped us pack and move and then came back several days later and helped us unpack. Okay, this is the final straw! I have never written a review for a realtor but after what Sans Hartzell did today I cannot help myself. Sans was our realtor on a crazy, unconventional purchase. Three of four parcels purchased now, with 4 different owners, and an Option to buy the 4th parcel in 3 years, allowing the elderly owners the opportunity to remain in their home for their final golden years...What!? Everyone told Sans she should run from this deal, and I mean EVERYONE! The deal was “too risky” and “too complicated”, there were thousands of reasons to run but Sans Hartzell didn’t. She believed in us and our dream to have a family compound and made that dream come true. Not only our dream but the dream of the elderly sellers who were not ready to leave their home of 50 years. I cannot tell you how much work she did for us and always happily with a smile. She consulted the California Department of Real Estate, real estate attorneys, and every professional she could think of to make sure our deal was solid and “loop-hole” free. She crossed every “t “and dotted every “i” to say the least and made it happen. Even though we closed on the property and the deal was done she continued to look out for our interests. Sans went above and beyond and had her title rep research the property we have the option to buy just to make sure it was recorded properly, and our rights were protected. That was just the final straw, I had to share with the world that Sans Hartzell is an absolutely brilliant real estate agent! She is ethical, hard-working, knowledgeable, optimistic, an excellent communicator, undeniably exceptional. We would do business with her again in a second and give her our highest recommendation. Looking for an exceptional realtor? You’ve found one! We’ve bought and sold several properties over the years with the help of some really good realtors, but Sans Hartzell is hands down the best – absolutely brilliant! We found a property in the Fallbrook area that we were interested in purchasing to use as a family compound. We chose Sans based on her knowledge of the area and a glowing recommendation from a close family friend in the real estate industry. Turned out to be an excellent decision! Sans blew us away at each step in the process! Ours wasn’t an easy transaction. We had multiple buyers with competing interests and lots of conditions on both sides. Added to that, the property is a working avocado farm with its own set of due diligence requirements. To say our purchase was complicated is an understatement for sure! From beginning to end, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Sans facilitated every detail (and there were a multitude) and she was quick to respond whenever we had a question. Her recommendations throughout the entire process were spot on! In the Fall and early Winter of 2019 we sold our condo with Sans. She was referred to us by a close family friend. Originally we met with her at our condo, and openly talked about our thoughts. My favorite part about this meeting is that we talked and she listened. She wasn’t there to persuade us into selling for her benefit. She listened first. She listened to our thoughts, goals, price points, and concerns. The first meeting we did all the talking and she came back after with her recommendations/suggestions. We were so appreciative of this approach and thought that it really helped to solidify her mantra of putting the client first. After listening to her suggestions about various small items we listed the condo, held only one open house and received two or three offers shortly after. We sold at our asking price which we were so thankful for. From there, we had to find a new place to live which naturally we turned to Sans for her help. Again, her mantra of putting clients first came into full affect on this side of the deal as well. We looked at 15 to 20 houses and each time she was completely honest with us. One house in particular I remember her suggesting that we do not put an offer on the house as it was listed WAY over market and had so, so much work needed. At that time I remember, ‘I am happy to show you whatever house you want, it’s part of my job. Early in the day, late at night, it doesn’t matter, but what I won’t do is put you in a house that is not suitable to your wants and needs. You wanted a three plus bedroom, and this is two. You wanted a couple bathrooms, this is only one and a half. Its not what you wanted or needed, you put your trust in me and I am going to do all I can to fulfill your list.’ She also added that she wouldn’t put her clients into a house that she couldn’t envision herself living in which made us feel really comfortable. Her approach to both the buying and selling process really made things easier for us and took away so much of the stress of the process. Shortly before we went through the process with Sans, a woman in my office also bought a house in the area and had a TOTALLY different experience. Sans could not have been better. She was never late for meetings, never lied to us, told us her honest, heartfelt opinions. We knew going in that we would be looking at some houses that would need some fixing which she also helped us with. She gave us recommendations for contractors, from a chimney sweeper to a roofer. Above all, Sans helped us. She wanted to help us. She made us feel like family and like she was truly worried about us- her most important client. Thank you.

Digging into that - I inherited a house I never lived in from across the country, and fairly quickly wanted it sold.
